PRIVACY POLICY
1. The administrator of personal data processed within the scope and purposes explicitly defined by the Administrator is DELTA Hubert Adamczyk, based in Kraków, at ul. Nad Potokiem 25/28, 30-830 Kraków ("Administrator").
2. Using the basic version of the website does not require providing personal data; however, using the application, the contact form, and the Administrator’s services does.
3. The Administrator ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data, including data shared by website users, in particular preventing access by third parties, unauthorized processing, data loss, damage, or destruction.
4. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of providing service-related activities, in particular for the execution of service agreements, accepting service requests, contacting you, and returning equipment. The Administrator processes your personal data based on Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 94/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR")—meaning that the processing is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement to which you are a party.
5. The Administrator may collect the following personal data: data provided in the application form, identification data (first name, last name, company name), address details, contact information (email, phone number), and other data necessary for providing service in a particular case.
6. The processing and storage period of your data is limited to the statute of limitations for claims arising from the legal basis for processing. After this period, the data will be anonymized or deleted.
7. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for concluding and performing the agreement with the Administrator and for using the application.
8. The Administrator will only share your personal data with its service providers responsible for data processing-related tasks, such as IT service providers, accounting service providers, and legal service providers. All entities receiving your personal data will process them based on an agreement with the Administrator and strictly according to its instructions.
9. You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:
a. The right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator on whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, to access the following information: a) the purposes of processing; b) the categories of personal data; c) information on recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly those in third countries or international organizations; d) the planned data storage period, or if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; e) the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing; f) the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority; g) if the data was not collected from you, any available information on its source; h) information on automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved and the expected consequences of such processing for you.
b. The right to request correction and supplementation of your personal data.
c. The right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases provided by law.
d. The right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in cases provided by law.
e. The right to object to the processing of your personal data based on your specific situation—when the Administrator processes data on the basis of its legitimate interest.
f. The right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may transmit these data to another administrator or request that the Administrator transfers them directly to another administrator, provided this is technically feasible. The right to data portability applies only to personal data that the Administrator processes based on your agreement or consent.
10. You can exercise your rights mentioned in point 9 by contacting the Administrator using the contact details provided in point 1.
11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the supervisory authority under the GDPR) regarding the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, following the procedures outlined in the GDPR and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.
12. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
13. Your personal data will not be processed automatically (including in the form of profiling).
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
